Intelliact is a spin-off of ETH Zurich and, even after more than 25 years in business, has never lost its start-up ethos. Our goal is to help companies from a range of industries, including mechanical engineering, plant engineering and trade, generate added value from product data. Instead of relying on off-the-shelf solutions, we take things a step further and develop innovative, customised web solutions such as business productivity apps, B2B commerce applications and collaboration platforms with the best possible user experience.
No two days are the same. As part of our team, you will take responsibility for the operation and continuous development of our sophisticated, award-winning web applications. You will work closely with our customers and development partners and act as the interface to our internal engineering team.
With your reliable approach, you will establish efficient working methods and promote knowledge sharing within the team. Your direct contribution to the quality and efficiency of our systems will play an important role in customer satisfaction. This is also reflected in industry awards such as Best of Swiss Web: three awards in 2019, four in 2021, five in 2022, six in 2024 and seven in 2025.
Your workplace will be in the city of Zurich, just two minutes from Oerlikon railway station. Remote working and flexible working hours are possible.
Our four-step application process
1.) Tell us which of our reference projects impressed you most and how you would like to distribute your preferred workload across the week. Please provide this information in German.
2.) The first interview will take approximately 30 to 60 minutes. A self-assessment will be provided as preparation.
3.) The second interview will include a 120-minute assessment.
4.) The final terms and conditions will then be agreed.
