Site Reliability Engineer / Software Developer (open to all genders, 60–100%)

With us, you can bring your commitment to quality to the table, fully realize your potential as a Site Reliability Engineer, and convince others of your technical reliability. You’ll work with a high degree of autonomy, but you can count on a strong team to support you.

Intelliact is a spin-off of ETH Zurich and, in over 25 years of operation, has never lost its startup ethos. Our goal: to help companies across various industries (including mechanical engineering, plant engineering, retail, etc.) generate added value from product data. Instead of relying on off-the-shelf solutions, we think one step ahead and develop innovative, custom web solutions (business productivity apps, B2B commerce, and collaboration) with the best possible user experience.

It’s never boring! As part of our team, you’ll be responsible for the operation and maintenance of our sophisticated, award-winning web applications. You’ll work independently, monitoring performance and availability. You’ll collaborate with the development team to optimize incident response and foster knowledge sharing. Your direct influence on the quality, stability, and efficiency of our systems will significantly contribute to customer satisfaction, which is also reflected in industry awards such as the Best of Swiss Web (2019: 3 awards, 2021: 4 awards, 2022: 5 awards, 2024: 6 awards, 2025: 7 awards).

Application Process in 4 Steps

1.) Application with resume and cover letter, stating which of our apps impressed you the most (in German)
2.) Initial interview, 30 to 60 minutes (with a self-assessment as preparation)
3.) Second interview, 120-minute assessment
4.) Finalizing the terms
